Pentagon Admissions is committed to providing high-quality services to support your academic journey. However, we understand that situations may arise that necessitate changes to your plans.
This policy outlines our approach to refunds for our services, including both admissions consulting packages and any associated pricing plans.
General Policy:

Non-refundable Services: The initial complimentary consultation is non-refundable.

Package & Pricing Plan Refunds: Refunds depend on the stage of service commencement:

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your chosen service package or pricing plan within 3 business days of making the payment and before any services are rendered.

Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your chosen service package or pricing plan between 4 and 7 business days of making the payment and before any services are rendered.

No Refund: Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 7 business days of making the payment or after any services have been rendered.

Unused Services: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of service packages or pricing plans.
Special Circumstances:
In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unexpected changes in program eligibility, Pentagon Admissions may consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Submitting a refund request

Your written request should include your full name, the date of your service package or pricing plan purchase, and the reason for your cancellation.

Payment Processing Fees
In the event of a refund, any non-refundable payment processing fees associated with the original transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund request to be processed.
